What is the price range
of your neighborhoods?
280’s to the 400’s in Foxfield and from the
320’s to the 400’s for Balmoral Park. |

Are all four sides of
the house brick?
Yes, all of our homes are brick on all four sides with wood
trim and some wood accents. |

Do you have any homes
available for sale?
Yes, we carry some unfurnished models in all of our neighborhoods.
You can also build from the ground up. |

How long does it take
to build a house?
From the time of contract to closing it can take from 6
to 8 months depending on weather, type of plan, number of
changes, and other such factors. |

What is included in the
price of your home as shown on the neighborhood pricing
sheets?
These prices include the house, the land, our standard landscape
package, the driveway, and the list of features shown on
our standard
features sheet. It also includes all lighting. |

How large are the lots?
Our lots vary in size.

Can we look at your model?
Yes. All Trotter neighborhoods have a furnished model. All
of our models are open 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 1:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday. (The 1:30 hours run from November through March. If you have questions,

Do your models have a
lot of options?
Each of our models has a few options. Some examples are
additional hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances,
refrigerators, and “Jacuzzi” tubs. All of our
homes come with the Canac “Ultra III” series
cabinets and we sometimes add “Jacuzzi Tubs”,
additional hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances,
and other options to our homes that are available for sale. |

Where do you build?
Currently William Trotter Company is building in two different
neighborhoods. Foxfield, located in Mooresville, NC is just
north of the Mecklenburg County line. In South Charlotte,
we are building in Balmoral Park which is near Ballantyne
and very close to the Ballantyne YMCA. |

Who owns William Trotter
Company?
William Trotter Company is owned by Mr. William Trotter
and is run by his son, Paul H. Trotter, the President. We
are committed to building with old fashioned values and
current floor plans at a price you can afford. Our superintendents
average over 26 years with our company. |
