From Charlotte, take I-77 to Mooresville, Exit 33. Turn right onto Hwy. 21, right onto Waterlynn, right onto 115 where Foxfield is immediately on the left.

Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) Express Route 83X, the “Mooresville Express”, provides convenient departure times for a 40-minute commute to downtown Charlotte from its “Park and Ride” site at Watermark Shopping Center, just west of I-77, Exit 33. Foxfield is just minutes away from Lowes corporate headquarters, Lake Norman Regional Medical Center and Mooresville Gateway.

Q: What is the price range of your neighborhoods?
A: 280’s - 400’s in Foxfield and from the 320’s - 400’s for Poplar Forest.

Q: Are all four sides of the house brick?
A: Yes, all of our homes are brick on all four sides with wood trim and some wood accents.

Q: How long does it take to build a house?
A: From the time of contract to closing it can take from 6 to 8 months depending on weather, type of plan, number of changes, and other such factors.
