We are now building in two different communities in the metro Charlotte area. On the North side in Mooresville, we have homes and lots available in Foxfield. In the South, we are building homes in Poplar Forest, our newest community.

Poplar Forest Information:
Poplar Forest is a beautifully wooded neighborhood in Southeast Mecklenburg County. The community will contain 67 “traditional” and “transitional” brick homes built by William Trotter Company. Residents will have the exclusive use of the acres of open space set aside for their enjoyment. These low maintenance, one and two- level brick homes, will have Association maintained lawns for increased leisure time for the residents.

Directions to Poplar Forest:
Going south on Providence Road (NC 16), turn left on McKee Road.. Turn right on Pleasant Plains to Poplar Forest on left.

Homeowners Association:
Poplar Forest is a planned unit development (PUD). Each owner of a home or lot in Poplar Forest is a member of the Association and shares ownership of the common open property. Currently, the monthly assessment fee for each owner is $150.00 paid monthly. This includes lawn maintenance and watering. Each owner maintains the outside of their own home.

Q: What is the price range of your neighborhoods?
A: 280’s - 400’s in Foxfield and from the 320’s - 400’s for Poplar Forest.

Q: Are all four sides of the house brick?
A: Yes, all of our homes are brick on all four sides with wood trim and some wood accents.

Q: How long does it take to build a house?
A: From the time of contract to closing it can take from 6 to 8 months depending on weather, type of plan, number of changes, and other such factors.
